Underslung crane

An underslung crane, also called a suspension crane, is a special type of overhead crane where the bridge and trolley run underneath your building's support beams. It also includes safety features like an emergency limit switch, under-bridge lights, and an anti-collision system.

There are two types of underslung cranes:

Single Girder Underslung Cranes

  • Light & Budget-Friendly
  • Loads up to 20 tons
  • Best for small to medium workspaces

Double Girder Underslung Cranes

  • Designed for Heavy-Duty Power
  • More stable for precision work
  • Perfect for large industrial spaces

The main beam of the underslung crane is suspended from the ceiling. A hoist (the lifting device) moves along this beam, lifting and carrying heavy loads from one end of your workspace to the other. The crane can travel the full length of your building, and the hoist can move side to side, giving you full coverage of your work area.
